REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that traveling and backpacking can make unsuspected turns in your plans. To guarantee the best service possible we face the need to withhold a commission from canceled reservations. But please try your best to follow your reservation days. El Cenote Azul Hostel reserves the right to charge for reserved dates, even if you didn't show.

Cancellations with 7 days or more notice: 100% refund

Cancellations with 2-6 days notice: 75% refund

Cancellations within 48 hrs notice or no notice at all: Zero refund.
